Terms to keep in mind
All child/ youth/young adult/adult will be addressed as “Mentee”
All Volunteers of the organization will be addressed as “ Mentors”
This organization is a “ Christian Faith-Based Mentorship Organization for Children/Youth/ & Young Adults”
All Volunteers of this organization despite credentials recognized by the state board will serve and be addressed as “Mentors”
How will services be provided
At the Mentor’s convenience – Mentor will give mentee and appoint time an began what ever services/support they are rendering to the mentee
All services will be provided virtually, unless mentee/ mentors are open to in-person—to your own discretion & availability – Mentees must commit to at least 4 sessions in order to continue continuum of services
As Mentee’s join the organization , they will have an initial assessment with the secretary and from there, they will be assigned based upon their needs to a program and a mentor
Waiting list will also be utilized if needed, especially if a mentee is not registered as a member of the organization.
